Nomination of Candidates (for counties where there is not a formally       organized county organization).

Consideration of proposed amendments to the by-laws.

Strategic long range planning (including hiring of an executive       director).

Appointment / Election of Executive Committee.

Appointmant / Election of National Committee members.

Election of Delegates to National Convention.

Such other business as may properly come before the State Convention       or State Committee meeting pursuant to the by-laws.

Who May Attend As A Delegate

You may register and attend as a delegate (with voting powers) if you have contributed at least $25.00 (not including registration fees) to the 'Constitution Party of Pennsylvania' within the 12 months immediately preceding the the convention or if you have been registered in the 'Constitution Party of Pennsylvania' since at least April 12, 1999.

You May Attend As A Guest

You may attend as a guest, without voting privileges, subject to any conditions that may be imposed by the chairman to ensure orderly conduct of business.
